ONCE UPON A TIME

Julia Posey is a native Angeleno

thanks to her father, who many moons ago, as a single man, rode west on his Triumph motorcycle leaving the snowy winters of the Black Hills behind him. He often told his family, he stopped at the ocean because his bike couldn't ride on water. In truth, the temperate climate  and the booming aerospace industry with challenging well-paid work sealed the deal.

He always held a respect for the city and shared that love with his family.

Julia Posey wrote 111 Places in Los Angeles That You Must Not Miss as a love note to Los Angeles, a complicated city that so many love to hate, and hate to love.

Julia Posey is a writer and artist who makes well-made garments intended to be wardrobe investments.

French seams, hand stitching, organic cotton, upcycled cashmere, linen, all made in California.
